Here is a summary of the "numbers" which will work their way into the school budget and be used to help our teachers and staff create the unique learning environment we value at BCSIS.

We received about 500 items that retailed in value to almost $40K!! $14K (retail value) made up the donations made by parents, alumni, & grandparents. The remaining $26K was, of course, brought in by a whole slew of other BCSIS parents.

2011 Classroom Donations

From beeswax candles to goat milk soap to chessboards made with recycled materials, each class has created something unique to donate to the silent auction. Be sure to ask your child about their class donations and perhaps purchase one for a souvenir of their year!
