WHAT IF MY CHILD WANTS TO MAKE SOMETHING TO DONATE?
(2008) There is a Kid's Table for items made by BCSIS students and it is a very popular shopping destination for many parents. The kid's table has become a well-loved part of the Silent Auction and it truly supports our theme of Celebrating BCSIS.
Be sure to donate your childs' item by Nov. 21st.
Here are just a few examples of items that have been donated this year:

WHERE DOES ALL THE MONEY GO?
The money raised at the silent auction goes directly back to our school community and allows our teachers to completely integrate art into their daily curriculum.
The silent auction/talent show is the only fundraising event for BCSIS and an opportunity for you to support your arts focus school community.
Without this support, and the support from Full Participation, BCSIS would have only $5 per student/per year from the district for arts and music.

CAN I SEE PHOTOS OF SOME OF THE PERFORMANCES FROM THE TALENT SHOW?
Yes you can!
There will be photos posted here after the event. Only children of families who have given consent to have there child's photo published in school-related newsletters and websites will have their photos posted here.
And, there will only be a representative handful of photos posted -- just to give you a feeling for the beauty and diversity of talent at BCSIS.
